Being the owners of the house we have been regularly servicing and maintaining the house.  Our property technician who holds history record of the property maintenence is reachable when required.  Furthermore we can be at your service as the owners residence is within walking distance from the house therefore even for last minute unexpected situations, there will be support you.

The house has been rented out so far to two different "Embassy personnel" and for self employed personnel who can provide you with a reference should you require so.

Ideally this property is preferred to be rented out on long term basis. Owners aiming for at minimum of 3 years stay.

Yes as owners aim for long term basis tenants, pricing can be negotiated at time of correspondence and if rent is also prepaid then a special price can be arranged.
